Business Rules of Metropol Club House

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.

Children of all ages are welcome at Metropol Club House. To view accurate pricing and occupancy information, please include the number and ages of children when making a reservation.

Cribs are available upon request for children aged 0–3 years and are provided free of charge. Extra beds are available upon request for children aged 4–5 years free of charge, for ages 6–11 years at AMD 5,000 per child per night, and for ages 12–16 years at AMD 10,000 per child per night.

Please note that the availability of cribs and extra beds depends on the selected room type and must be confirmed in advance. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed at Metropol Club House.

Parties and events are not allowed in the rooms. However, upon request, we can arrange private events or gatherings in our restaurant or designated areas, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Smoking in non-smoking guest rooms, corridors, or any indoor areas of the hotel is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of 50,000 AMD.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairs or replacements.
